ZWEISPACE JAPAN retains ownership of the property. You can choose an arrangement in which it pays digital-twin-side rental payments in an agreed coin or token.
An NFT transfer or RegisterKnight record does not itself transfer property title. The digital-twin-only route does not involve property title transfer; agreements and any required documentation are handled separately.

For Casa Wistaria, ownership, asset management, local property management and buyer-side brokerage each have a defined role.
PROPERTY OWNER
Holds the property. Under the twin-only arrangement, retains title and makes digital-twin rental payments in the agreed asset.
AM / ASSET MANAGEMENT
Responsible for asset management (AM) for Casa Wistaria.
PM / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Responsible for local property management (PM) in Sapporo.
BUYER-SIDE BROKERAGE
Acts as the real-estate broker on the buyer’s side of the property transaction.
03 / CONNECTING THE LAYERS
The unit’s chain, its digital record and the payment asset serve different purposes. Here is how they fit together.
Units can use Zweichain, Binance Smart Chain (BNB Smart Chain), or another requested chain, with the configuration confirmed for each arrangement.
Use Zweichain and register through RegisterKnight. Digital records for the property and its twin are separate from real-estate title-transfer registration.
Record and issuance status are checked per property.ZWC is an option for digital-twin rental payments. USDT, BTC and other assets can also be discussed, with the asset, transfer network, conversion method and payment terms agreed individually.
Choosing the unit’s chain does not automatically select the payment network. Payment amounts, frequency and costs are established in the agreement.

Yes. Under that arrangement, ZWEISPACE JAPAN retains the property and pays digital-twin-side rent in the agreed coin or token. Rights, amounts, frequency, costs, transfer and termination terms are defined in the individual agreement.
Payment preferences include ZWC, USDT, BTC and other assets. For the unit, discuss Zweichain, Binance Smart Chain or another requested chain. The asset and transfer-network combination is confirmed individually.
